Rutina d Biceps y Triceps:

En la rutina de hoy incluí 2 supersets que tomé de Bodybuilding.

Superset 1:

Dumbbell Bicep Curls: 4 sets of 12 reps no rest  

Standing Dumbbell Triceps Extensions: 4 sets of 12 reps 30 seconds rest  

Superset 2:

Hammer Curls: 4 sets of 12 reps no rest  

Two-Arm Dumbbell Kickbacks: 4 sets of 12 reps 30 seconds rest
